Responsibilities
- Be the trusted advisor that review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets
- Develop long-term relationships with our customers to trust you over the years and decades
- Become an expert on our agency Customer Retention processes, as well as Allstate products
Job Qualifications
- Insurance experience required, must have Property and Casualty license
- Strong experience in customer retention is required (not just transactional customer service--- that is boring)
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and can track their own progress

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
